We follow, respectfully, in the footsteps of Django Reinhardt and Stéphane Grappelli, both from the 1930's Parisian 'Quintet of the Hot Club of France.' Of course, we're individuals with individual tastes, so you might hear a few other styles thrown in on occasion.
We consist of three guitarists, a standup bassist, and swingin' violinist. Guest musicians might include other guitarists or blurred fingered accordionist.
And, with respect, we like to think we swing.
Oh boy! We're off to Whidbey Island for the Djangofest Northwest. I love rolling on to an island with my dog house bass, and encountering 100 hungry guitarists ready to jam. I love having to make decisions on which group to jam with based on who's got the best beer and munchies. fatfiddle
DjangoFest, eh?! Looking forward to a few photos and blog entries upon your return. And, I hope Scott takes his vidcam for a few choice nibbles of motion.

Hey, didn't I see this guy get turned away from getting any more drinks from Joe Ellis? I swear that was him!
Ellis did a good deed. That guy had to make the long drive home from Annapolis to Lancaster. Somebody had to make sure he stayed sober.
